Terms and conditions In order to place a reservation, you must first own a package. To buy a package, you can sign up here for user name and password and purchase a package online or if you already have a user name and password, sign in to buy a package and make a reservation. Once you have purchased a package you have one year until your package expires. We accept mastercard visa american express. You can only reserve class up to one week in advance (monday to monday) Online reservations can only be booked with 24 hour advanced notice packages NO REFUNDS on packages - no exceptions cancellation To receive full refund for cancellation- you must cancel reservation 24 hours prior to class by calling cyclone we do not accept cancellations via internet or email. you may cancel by calling number below waiver By signing up for classes at CYCLONE NYC, you have Agreed that there are certain inherent dangers in spinning and exercise and in using spinning and exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by CYCLONE NYC, and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby waive, release and forever discharge CYCLONE NYC, its offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment in the above mentioned activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision. |
