How do I purchase a series?
1)Log in
2)Have your credit card ready visa, mastercards or amex . Click on purchase package
3)Choose the package you would like to purchase click on that package.
4)Enter your credit card number and billing information. The csc number is the three numbers in the signature box on the back of your credit card.
Your package will be instantly added to your account. You can now sign up for classes.

How do I become a member?
1)Click on sign in
2)Click on sign up here
3)Fill out the membership form
4)Once you complete the form, hit save and you are now a member!
Now you can purchase a package, book classes and have accsess to your account!

How do I cancel a class?
You cannot cancel a class on line. Please call 877-SPIN-NYC.

How do I know how many classes I have my left on my series?
1)Log in
2)Click on package sales

How do I reserve a bike?
1)You must be a member and own a package or purchase a single class.
2)Click on RESERVE
Please Note: You can only reserve classes up to 1 week in advance (monday thru the following monday). Each online booking must be made with 24 hours advanced notice.
