Cyclone Spin
Spinning is an addiction.- you just need to try it. There is nothing to feel intimidated about. Our instructors will show you how to ride properly. Come to class a little early and we will show you how simple it is. Each spinner has the ability to set their own resistance on his/her bike so you can take your workout to any level you like.

The instructor will take you on a 45 minute ride. it will be a journey of health, fitness and imagination. You can go wherever you want in your mind as the instructor takes you up hills and down straight roads. It is so much fun riding to the amazing music while you are working your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, hips, and abdominals.

Spinning is the fastest way to burn calories. You can burn over 500 calories in a 45 minute spin class and get one of the best sweats ever. It is low impact exercise and therefore much healthier for your joints.

Spinning is an exercise for all ages. Try one class in our boutique studio and you will feel so good when you are done that you will want to come back for more.
